Depart Marrakech early. Cross the High Atlas via the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass, with panoramic mountain views. Visit the historic Aït Ben Haddou Kasbah a UNESCO World Heritage site. Continue to Ouarzazate, then drive toward the Dades Valley. Overnight in a riad or guesthouse in/near Dades Gorge

After breakfast, travel the famous “Road of 1,000 Kasbahs” toward Todra Gorge. Walk between the towering limestone walls (≈ 300 m high). Continue via Erfoud toward the village of Merzouga. From there, embark on a camel trek into the dunes of Erg Chebbi. Arrive at your desert camp in time for sunset, enjoy traditional dinner, Berber music, and a night under the stars.

Wake up early for a sunrise over the Sahara. Return to Merzouga village by camel or 4×4. Then head toward the Anti-Atlas region, pass through scenic valleys, and travel through the lush Draa Valley Morocco’s largest palm-grove valley. Finally drive back to Ouarzazate, then return to Marrakech. End of tour
